FITTER. started with a simple frustration: the gap between food that's convenient and food that's good for you shouldn't be this wide. Meal plans require subscriptions. Food delivery expires in a day and costs $120 before you've added a tip. Supermarket ready meals compromise on either protein, quality, or both.
We built our kitchen from scratch. We sourced hormone-free chicken and Grass-Fed Angus beef from SilverFern Farms in New Zealand, one of the first farming operations to reach net zero carbon. We developed six recipes that work as restaurant dishes, not as "healthy food." We engineered a 10-day fresh shelf life so a full week of eating well is a single shopping decision.
Every meal is prepared fresh in Hong Kong daily. No preservatives extending the shelf life artificially. Just proper food safety, UV-sanitised facilities, and cold chain management from our kitchen to the fridge at Market Place.
