Q: Are the meals frozen? No. Every FITTER. meal is fresh-chilled. Made daily in Hong Kong and delivered to stores chilled, never frozen.
Q: How much protein is in each meal? Every meal contains a minimum of 30g of protein. The Korean Bibimbap tops out at 35g. Full macros are printed on every pack.
Q: How do I reheat the meals? Remove sleeve. Pierce film. Microwave on high for 2.5–3 minutes. Rest 1 minute. Can also be pan-heated over medium heat for 4–5 minutes.
Q: Are there any meals suitable for nut allergies? Yes. The Nut Free Chicken Pesto with Semolina Penne contains no tree nuts, pine nuts are replaced with sunflower seeds. All meals are free from added MSG and artificial additives. Check the pack label for full allergen information.
Q: Where is the food made? Everything is prepared fresh daily in our Hong Kong kitchen. UV-sanitised facilities, advanced temperature controls, and cold chain management from our kitchen to the store fridge. EuroFins laboratory certified.
