How It's Made: Chicken grilled and oven-roasted first to remove excess oil, then finished in a tomato sauce spiced with garam masala, cumin, ginger and turmeric. Milk replaces butter and heavy cream to keep the sauce rich without the saturated fat. Rice is cooked with turmeric so the flavour goes all the way through.

The Good Stuff: Turmeric contains curcumin, known to support immune function, reduce joint inflammation and promote metabolism. No ghee, no cream.

Heating Guide

  • Remove the paper sleeve.
  • Remove top film from the meal tray.
  • Cover and heat meal in the 800W microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Remove meal tray carefully as hot steam may escape from food. Stir gently before serving.

Heating tip: Microwave power levels can vary. If the meal is not hot enough after 3 minutes, heat in additional 30-second increments. Avoid over-heating to prevent drying out the dish.

Storage Instructions

Keep meal refrigerated and store at 4°C or below. Use on day of opening. Alternatively freeze within use by date. Once frozen consume within 8 weeks. Reheat from frozen or defrost in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
