How It's Made: Chicken grilled and oven-roasted to remove excess oil, then folded through a house-made basil pesto. Sunflower seeds replace pine nuts, which is higher in protein, more vitamin E, and suitable for people with nut allergies. Finished in a light cream sauce.
The Good Stuff: Sunflower seeds are rich in vitamin E, an antioxidant that supports skin, immune and heart health. The best protein-to-calorie ratio in the range and lowest in carbs.
