The recipe uses five types of chilli: cayenne, bird's eye, paprika, capsicum, and smoked paprika, with garlic, lemon, vinegar, and oregano. No yoghurt. No mayonnaise. No calorie padding. Just the heat, the acidity, and the char.
The chicken is hormone-free, grilled first, then oven-roasted to strip back the oil while keeping the crust. The arroz rojo is a Spanish-style red rice, seasoned, textured, and built to hold up against big flavour.

A little info you should know
What's the protein source?
Chicken is 100% hormone-free. Beef is 100% Grass-Fed Angus from SilverFern Farms, New Zealand. Both proteins are twice-cooked to remove excess fat before packaging.
Reheating
Remove sleeve. Pierce film. Microwave on high for 2.5–3 minutes. Rest 1 minute before eating. Can also be pan-heated over medium heat for 4–5 minutes.

Are your meals frozen?
No. All FITTER. meals are fresh-chilled, not frozen. They're made daily in Hong Kong and delivered chilled. They last 7 days refrigerated and can be frozen by you for up to 2 months if needed.
Can I freeze the meals?
Yes. Freeze on the day of purchase for best results. Consume within 2 months. Do not refreeze once thawed.
