How It's Made: Grass fed Angus beef and pork are pan-seared to develop colour, then slow-braised for 10 hours in Italian tomato passata. The meat is cooked twice to remove excess fat before going into the sauce.

The Good Stuff: Semolina penne holds its texture after reheating. Grass fed Angus beef sourced from farms that raise animals without growth-promoting hormones.

Heating Guide

  • Remove the paper sleeve.
  • Remove top film from the meal tray.
  • Cover and heat meal in the 800W microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Remove meal tray carefully as hot steam may escape from food. Stir gently before serving.

Heating tip: Microwave power levels can vary. If the meal is not hot enough after 3 minutes, heat in additional 30-second increments. Avoid over-heating to prevent drying out the dish.

Storage Instructions

Keep meal refrigerated and store at 4°C or below. Use on day of opening. Alternatively freeze within use by date. Once frozen consume within 8 weeks. Reheat from frozen or defrost in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
