我們將肉醬慢燉10小時，熬煮出足以配得上「肉醬」這個名字的濃郁醬汁。牛肉選用來自紐西蘭SilverFern Farms的100%草飼安格斯牛，該牧場是首批達到淨零碳排放的農場之一。牛肉經過香煎後再蒸煮，多餘的脂肪會在入盒前去除。
意粉採用杜蘭小麥製成，是提供彈牙口感的黃金標準，能夠完美搭配濃郁醬汁。選用來自義大利的羅馬番茄。沒有添加忌廉，沒有味精，沒有取巧。

- Remove the paper sleeve.
- Remove top film from the meal tray.
- Cover and heat meal in the 800W microwave for 3 minutes.
- Remove meal tray carefully as hot steam may escape from food. Stir gently before serving.
Heating tip: Microwave power levels can vary. If the meal is not hot enough after 3 minutes, heat in additional 30-second increments. Avoid over-heating to prevent drying out the dish.

Storage Instructions
Keep meal refrigerated and store at 4°C or below. Use on day of opening. Alternatively freeze within use by date. Once frozen consume within 8 weeks. Reheat from frozen or defrost in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
